Flowchart: Alternate Process: Baptist St. Anthony’s (BSA) Hospital North and South Tower Additions – Amarillo, TX B&P is providing the MEP system design and construction services for two new tower additions and central plant upgrades to the BSA Hospital. The Ware (South) Tower is a 220,000 square foot addition to the existing hospital. This $60 million six-story tower is currently under construction and was designed with the potential to add two more floors in the future. This tower addition will house a new outpatient and diagnostic imaging center on the first floor, employee and public cafeteria on the second floor, third through fifth floors will house 120 new private rooms, and the sixth floor will be pediatrics. B&P is currently designing the MEP systems for the North Tower Annex. This project includes a 30,000 square foot addition to the North Tower, which will add six-floors to the existing 2-story structure.
