Summary:
- Mr. Shirian's
primary responsibilities at Bridgers & Paxton include the design
of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems for educational,
commercial, office, library, museum, laboratory, detention/prison, and
medical facilities. He is familiar with both traditional design/bid
projects as well as design/build. His experience covers all aspects
of mechanical design and project management and includes performing
mechanical systems studies, indoor air quality studies, construction
management, estimating, and facility as-built documentation for B&P
projects. As a Principal/Project Manager, he has been successful in
team leadership, maintaining good client relations, and coordinating
system requirements with owners, architects, and other consultants.
Mr. Shirian specializes
at B&P in the design of heat pump and heat recovery systems, including
ground couple heat pump systems; and all air systems, including single
duct VAV and dual duct systems.
