Bridgers & Paxton in May 1984, became a member of the Board of Directors
in December 1986, President in 2004, and Chief Executive Officer in
2006.

Summary:
- In
his many roles at B&P, Mr. Grapsas's responsibilities are divided
between directing the operations of the firm, chairing the Executive
Committee of the Board of Directors, and participating as Principal
Mechanical Engineer for a variety of design projects. In his
over 20 year career, he has a broad range of experience working on projects
of varying types and sizes throughout the United States, Puerto Rico,
Canada, and Mexico. As
a result of this experience, he successfully works for both architectural
clients and directly with facility owners.
He has significant
experience performing energy studies, investigating state-of-the-art
energy conservation techniques such as thermal energy storage, cogeneration,
heat recovery, and application of direct digital energy management,
and control systems for a variety of building types.
Mr. Grapsas has
extensive experience in the design of HVAC, process piping, controls
for industrial, manufacturing, medical, high technology, educational,
animal, aquarium, laboratory, cleanroom, office, commercial, and retail
facilities.
He is B&P's Principal/Project Manager for major semiconductor
and pharmaceutical manufacturing clients throughout the United States,
Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Consequently, he can effectively manage projects
outside of New Mexico and understand many of the unique codes and
construction issues to each project location. Many of these manufacturing
projects have been produced under a design/build delivery system.
He is also specializes at B&P in the design of mechanical systems
for plant and animal environments at aquariums, zoos, and biological
parks.
