B&P
has a broad range of laboratory experience at private, educational, and
national laboratory facilities. We have been providing engineering services
to Los Alamos Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories since the 1950's.
Some of the nation’s most sophisticated and technically demanding
laboratories are inside secured areas of these institutions. B&P
presently provides MEP services under several open-end contracts for these
government clients.
Designing
modern laboratory facilities requires careful evaluation and appropriate
design response for critical temperature and humidity controlled
environments, air pressurization relationships between adjacent clean and
contaminated areas, air motion, air cleanliness, general and process
exhaust, sound and vibration, control energy conservation, redundancy,
plumbing and process piping, and fire protection/life safety systems.
B&P has provided specialized design and technical services for the
