- Mr. Slaman joined Bridgers & Paxton in 1963 and became a member of the Board of Directors in 1984.

- Mr. Slaman began his career with B&P in 1963 as a drafter. He represents the opportunity for success and professional growth available to all B&P employees. As a Principal of Bridgers & Paxton, he has extensive experience in labor/client relations and staff management, including supervision and coordination for maximum utilization of staff.
- He is experienced in the design of mechanical systems for a variety of laboratory, office, educational, medical, industrial, and commercial facilities. Additionally, he has successfully completed a variety of complex technical facilities for Department of Energy and private sector clients.
- He specializes in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) and piping systems to support New Mexico's two national laboratories present and future missions. These projects include computing facilities, research facilities, office buildings, and special auxiliary heating, cooling, and exhaust systems for research systems and equipment.
