Mr. Dexter joined B&P in 1996 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1997.
Experience Summary:
Mr. Dexter is B&P's Principal Engineer for the design of central boiler plants, chiller plants, cogeneration systems, thermal distribution systems, compressed air plants, and distribution systems for steam and condensate, chilled water and cooling water, and compressed air and fuel systems.

As a Principal/Project Manager he provides project management, design team coordination, and quality assurance services on all of B&P's energy design projects. His management and design experience covers all aspects of HVAC and central plant systems for educational, governmental, medical, office, industrial, and manufacturing facilities. This includes master plans, budgeting, feasibility studies, system assessments, energy analysis, design, construction administration services, troubleshooting, and system optimization for projects.

He has prepared utility master plans for facilities totaling over 25 million square feet, and has designed chiller plants totaling over 40,000 tons, boiler plants totaling over 200 million Btu/hr, and thermal distribution systems totaling over 15 miles. He has experience in both new and retrofit applications, as well as planning to minimize the impact of construction on the operation of existing facilities. Mr. Dexter's experience covers a wide geographic and climatic area.

This experience and expertise has resulted in Mr. Dexter providing ongoing engineering services to Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Memorial Medical Center, University of New Mexico, San Juan College, and a major semiconductor manufacturer in Rio Rancho, NM.

Mr. Dexter is also certified in the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program and he helps the Bridgers & Paxton team understand and implement "green" design practices that reduce or eliminate negative environmental impact of building construction. This accreditation is by the US Green Building Council.
