Mr. Montaño specializes at B&P in medical and educational projects. He provides project management for traditional design/bid as well as design/build projects. His expertise includes electrical studies, pre-design investigation, fee proposals, estimates of probable electrical construction costs, lighting design and calculations, power systems design and load calculations, fire alarm systems design, lightning protection, telecommunications, specification editing, construction administration and field observations.
