Mr. Reif joined Bridgers & Paxton in 1995 and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2002.
Experience Summary:
Mr. Reif typically serves as Principal/Project Manager on various types of mechanical engineering projects for Bridgers & Paxton, including manufacturing/industrial, medical, educational, research laboratories, museums, cleanrooms, and office facilities.

Mr. Reif is also certified in the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program and he helps the Bridgers & Paxton team understand and implement "green" design practices that reduce or eliminate negative environmental impact of building construction. This accreditation is by the US Green Building Council.

His engineering experience covers all aspects of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system design including generating heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection and layout, on-time production of complete mechanical drawing packages, mechanical cost estimates, energy evaluations, budget proposals, and mechanical control design. He oversees design production, drawing submittals, and conducts field investigations.

Mr. Reif specializes at B&P in design/build and educational projects. He provides project management for traditional design/bid as well as design/build projects. He is able to quickly understand client needs and then translate them to a feasible scope of work. During design, he works closely with the contractor to meet project schedules while maintaining a quality design. As a project manager, he has been successful in team leadership, maintaining good client relations, and coordinating system requirements with owners, architects, and other consultants.
