Summary:
- Mr. Herbst as Chief
Financial Officer works with the company's internal accounting staff
as well as the Company's accounting, legal, banking, and investment
advisers to monitor and manage the Company's financial health. Mr. Herbst
together with Mr. Heck direct the day-to-day operations of B&P's electrical
engineering department. In this role, they are in charge of training
staff, developing department standards, and quality assurance.
He is Bridgers & Paxton's leading electrical engineer for highly
specialized building environments at commercial, industrial, and institutional
facilities. Over the last decade he has spent considerable time working
for Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, a
major semiconductor manufacturing facility in Rio Rancho, NM, and the
Department of Energy.
His facility design experience includes research and development, laboratories,
medical, education, and professional office buildings, parking structures,
cleanrooms, computer facilities, high-tech manufacturing/industrial,
infrastructure master-planning, and energy center upgrades. Mr. Herbst
is experienced in traditional design/bid projects as well as design/build.
Mr. Herbst specializes at B&P in the design of electrical and power
distribution systems, controls, lighting design, fire protection systems,
communication systems, security and intrusion alarm systems, and energy-conserving
electrical systems.
His duties as Principal/Project Manger include scoping projects, developing
and negotiating electrical fees, performing design, supporting the bidding
process, on-site construction services, and starting up equipment.
