Building Community

To us, the cities we work, live and play in are more than just that – they are our communities. We believe in investing in our communities.

Each year B&P participates in Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation’s Daffodil Days. The money we raise through purchasing daffodils provides supplemental assistance for everyday expenses such as gas, food and utility payments for patients in home care and hospice.

When we aren’t engineering & designing MEP systems, we take the time to grow closer through teambuilding activities.

The Phoenix office enjoyed their beautiful weather with some blind-folded team golfing at the Top Golf in Gilbert, Arizona.

It’s said, “alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” Every project we put our stamps on isn’t just another set of drawings to add to the books, but so much more – and we couldn’t do it without our teaming partners.

We pursue projects that shape and enhance our communities from the ground up. Each year over 10,000 babies are born in the hospitals we’ve designed, 150+ First Responders occupy the last 15 fire stations we’ve worked on, and 8,000+ students graduate annually from the schools we design.
