    Andrew is a Principal and Mechanical Engineer, primarily focusing on laboratory and supporting work within Sandia National Laboratories. His experience includes: government, laboratory, central utilities, cleanroom and computer/data center projects. Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.

    Eric Conklin

    Eric is a Principal and Mechanical / Fire Protection Engineer with experience designing mechanical systems for educational, healthcare and government facilities. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of New Mexico, and is a member of ASHRAE.

    Principal, Mechanical Engineer | New Mexico

    Ilir Mesiti

    Ilir is a Principal and Mechanical Engineer for the commercial group. He is a Certified GeoExchange Designer (CGD) and has demonstrated high levels of experience and competence in geothermal heat pump design. His mechanical engineering experience is primarily in K-12, higher education, laboratory, judicial and healthcare projects. Ilir is also experienced in the design of financial, hospitality, manufacturing, religious and community facilities. He received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of New Mexico.

    John Montaño

    John Montaño is a Principal, Electrical Engineer and Leader of the Arizona regional office. John’s 30+ years of experience range from designing electrical engineering systems for healthcare, educational and commercial facilities to project management. John received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico and is a member of Central Arizona Society for Healthcare Engineers and Valley Partnership.

    Rich Reif

    Rich is a Principal and Mechanical Engineer who serves as the current President of B&P. With 25+ years of experience, he is well-versed in designing for educational, commercial, government, healthcare, athletic and military facilities. Rich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina, he is a member of ASHRAE, NAIOP New Mexico and serves on the Board of the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation.

    Robert Conley

    Robert is a Principal and Mechanical Engineer; he joined B&P after graduating from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. His engineering experience covers all aspects of project delivery, from conceptual/feasibility studies to detailed design submittals for government, laboratories, mission critical, commercial and education facilities. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and ASHRAE.

    Scott is a Principal and Electrical Engineer for the government group. He is also a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) with high levels of experience and competence in electrical and technology systems design. His electrical engineering experience is primarily in laboratory, military, data centers, offices, infrastructure, and higher education projects. He received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico.

Steve received his Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from Kansas State University, and is a member of the Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineers & Directors.
